Legoland
County Gutters were contracted to install a new aluminium rainwater system to the newly refurbished theme buildings within the park. Samples were supplied free of charge to gain approval, the products chosen was from the ARP range of rainwater goods, these include the Sentinel and Legion gutter system with the Colonnade range of rainwater pipes.
After a full site survey, the RAL colours then had to be matched to each individual building to comply with the Legoland colour themes. Aluminium was the most suitable material for this build as it is strong, non-corrosive and made from recycled aluminium, it can be powder coated to any colour required and helps enhance the architectural elements of the building, it will also give 30 years plus of functional life expectancy with little maintenance.
The whole installation took less than 2 weeks and had to be completed in time for the opening of the park after the current lockdown restrictions.
