Commitment to health & safety in every project
At County Gutters, we prioritise health and safety in every aspect of our work, ensuring the highest standards across all projects. As a CHAS-accredited company, we are committed to full compliance with industry regulations. Our entire workforce holds up-to-date CSCS cards, as well as essential certifications in IPAF, PASMA, manual handling, asbestos awareness, and working at height. Additionally, each installation team includes at least one first aid-certified member who regularly attends refresher courses, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
To uphold our stringent safety standards, we employ a dedicated health and safety compliance officer who oversees all procedures and ensures that best practices are consistently maintained. Regular staff meetings are held every month to keep our teams informed of the latest regulations and site-specific requirements. Before any project begins, we carry out comprehensive risk assessments and provide detailed method statements to ensure that every aspect of the job is planned and executed safely.
At County Gutters, our commitment to health and safety extends beyond compliance; it is an integral part of our company ethos. Our up-to-date health and safety policy is readily available for review, and we actively foster a culture of responsibility and awareness among our staff. By maintaining these high standards, we not only protect our workforce but also ensure the safe and successful completion of every project we undertake.
