As part of this refurbishment, we are installing new cast aluminium gutters and rainwater pipes, carefully chosen to preserve the traditional aesthetic of the building while providing a durable and maintenance-free solution. Given the age and character of the property, it was essential to select materials that not only enhance its visual appeal but also offer long-term performance against the elements. Cast aluminium is the ideal choice, as it replicates the appearance of original cast iron while being significantly lighter, resistant to corrosion, and requiring little to no upkeep.

This project is particularly important as it ensures that the building remains structurally sound by improving its rainwater management system.
