The Story: Seamless Aluminium Gutter Installation Completed in Walton-on-Thames

County Gutters has successfully supplied and installed a high-performance rainwater system for an impressive new build in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The project featured a 150mm seamless ogee gutter system, complete with Alurex Leafguard for enhanced debris protection. To complement the sleek design, Colonnade 76mm square cast collar rainwater pipes were installed, ensuring both functionality and durability. The seamless system was selected for its superior performance, as it is produced on-site from pre-coloured aluminium coil and roll-formed into continuous lengths of up to 35 metres, reducing the need for joints and minimising the risk of leaks.

A key advantage of this installation method is the efficiency and safety it provides. Brackets and leaf guards were fitted at ground level before the gutters were lifted to roof height, significantly reducing time spent working at height. Where corners were required, precision mitred and two-part interlocking corners were installed after fixing, ensuring a perfect fit. This seamless aluminium guttering solution offers a low-maintenance, leak-free system ideal for any pitched roof, demonstrating County Gutters’ expertise in delivering high-quality, long-lasting rainwater management solutions.
