The project was to provide a complete aluminum rainwater system, this included fascia’s, gutters and downpipes to a new nursing home project in Poole.
Stepnells provided County Gutters with drawings for pricing of the contract and a site visit determined the exact dimensions of the buildings, flow calculations were requested by the client to verify the drawings. Samples were provided, once approved a contract was issued to County Gutters for the whole rainwater package.
Due to the success of the project, the client, Stepnells also enlisted our services to cap some large chimneys with aluminium roofs, fascia’s and vents.
County Gutters provided the aluminium for the whole contract, which consisted of Legion Box Gutter, Colonnade Rainwater Pipes, Trueline Fascia and Soffits and Trueline Bespoke Fabrications, all the aluminium was polyester powder coated to a marine grade colour finish of RAL 7016 Grey.
