Blind Veterans UK | Case Study
Rustington, West Sussex | Commercial | Completed: 30/11/-0001
We were awarded this contract by Fowler Building Contractors from Horsham, a major refurbishment was required as the Blind Veterans UK had moved from their older facilies in Ovingdean to this new beachside premises. As County Gutters are specialists in bespoke aluminium installaons, they needed a company who could complete all the requirements for this project. Choosing aluminium for this project was the logical choice, as well as the colours required it was the most suitable product as it strong, non-corrosive and gives a 30 year plus life expectancy with little maintenance.
The design by the architects consisted of aluminium soffit, radius coping, radius skylights and circular column casings. Once surveyed, all the drawings were sent to Aluminium Roofline Products, they specialise in bespoke aluminium manufacture, Reece Mooney of ARP was the person tasked with the CAD design of all elements, Reece and Joe Wheatley of County Gutters worked closely together to ensure everything would work as designed. Once the drawings had been received and checked, producon was put in place, from order being placed to start of installation was 4 weeks.
This project showcases the versality of aluminium as a building product, as an installation company we specialise in guttering to roofline.
