The Project Details

This beautiful old building in Christchurch was in desperate need of new guttering and rainwater pipes, the original cast system had served years of good service but had now come to the end of their useful life, all the guttering was leaking and the rainwater pipes were loose and in danger of falling off, as a very busy meeting centre this had become a severe health and safety issue.

We were contact by the reverend to see if we could help with the problem, similar to many churches funding was an issue, after many coffee mornings and additional contract support from Aluminium Roofline Products and ourselves we managed to replace all the guttering and rainwater pipes within the budget of the funds raised.

125 Mustang seamless aluminium gutter was the obvious choice as all the lengths could be extruded as single runs preventing any further water ingress, the original cast iron pipes were replaced 76mm square cast collar aluminium pipes, all in keeping with the heritage look of the building.
